Develop Project Management Strategy, Collect Requirements, Define Scope, Create WBS, Define Activities, Sequence Activities, and Estimate Activity Resource, Develop Schedule, Estimate Expenses, and Program Quality, Figure out Budget, Develop Human Resource Plan, Plan Risk Management, and Program Communications, Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis, and Identify Risks, Quantitative Risk Analysis, Plan Risk Responses and Plan Procurements.

3. Executing includes the following processes:
Manage and Direct Project Execution, Manage Project Team, Develop Project Team, Acquire Project Team, Perform Quality Assurance, Manage Stakeholder Expectations, Distribute Details and Conduct Procurements.

4. Monitoring and Controlling includes the following processes:
Perform Integrated Change Control, Monitor and Control Project Function, Perform Quality Control, Control Cost, and Control Schedule, Verify Scope, Control Scope, Monitor and Control Risks, Report Performance and Administer Procurements.

5. Closing includes the following processes:
Close Phase or Project and Close Procurements.
